Hello!
I am thrilled to meet you and truly look forward to working together on your health and beauty journey.
As a licensed Acupuncturist working in the field for over a decade, I have found a deep passion for helping people not only live a pain free life but also feel great in their skin. I have seen the wisdom of Chinese medicine heal and rejuvenate in such powerful and unique ways.
While growing up in Seattle, I was drawn to the world of supplements, herbs, and vitamins and spent many years working in a local vitamin shop before becoming an LMT (licensed massage therapist). I continued my training as a healer and studied Chinese Medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City and San Diego.
Afterward, I moved to Alaska (to be near family) and started my own practice which blossomed for 8 years. During Alaska’s winter months, I took the opportunity to travel around the world gaining new skills in the health and wellness field. I enjoyed working throughout Europe on cruise ships, volunteering at a Buddhist Monastery in Nepal, and training with Dr. Mikio Sankey, an esoteric Acupuncturist in Inglewood CA.
I gained another level of knowledge studying the work of Dr. Lillian Bridges, a 3rd generation acupuncturist from China specializing in facial rejuvenation and face reading. It was during this time that my passion expanded and I found such joy in helping people look and feel more youthful and aligned with their true selves by simply using the ancient practice of Acupuncture.
